And something that can tank 20+ laser sniper shots to the face, is still gonna tank 10+ plasma shots to the face, I like plasma, but I get a lot of confrimation bias on how 'weak' it is because I always bring my plasma out for enemies that don't die in 1 or few shots from everything else I own. So nailing every single bit of it is more iffy than spamming even the laser shotgun. Main issue I'd figure is it's stuck with moving projectiles instead of hitscan. I know my plasma rifle has a slightly higher damage for BOTH it's energy, and ballistic damage compared to my laser rifle. Plasma weapon's damage is 50% ballistic Valid, but that ballistic is also usually as high as most rifles. For an example: Most raiders is going to take 100% of the energy damage but only *shrugs* 90% of the ballistic damage. Gooified enemies have a chance to spawn Nuclear Materials in their inventory. This weapon's damage IS affected by the Commando Perk. You need the Science Perk to improve this Weapon.
